To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability, and the liability of its suppliers, under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You have not made a purchase through the Service. In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. 11. United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect the ability of a party to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall a waiver of any breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breaches.

14. Translation and Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated. In case of dispute, the original English version will prevail.
